This is a picture of a Nippon Cargo Airlines plane doing what’s called a “duck landing.” The plane is waddling down the runway as it tries to stop. Yes, the engine did hit the ground and yes there was sever damage to the plane. That I’m aware of, only the pilot’s ego was injured. [...]

I absolutely love this picture:
I love the perspective effect that makes the wing look longer than it actually is. From what I understand, the wifi antenna for the plane is in this winglet. I figured it’d be somewhere in the cabin, not out here on a wing.
