I was lucky to find a few videos of the plane from airshow in Russia. The video features the plane taking off from the water. It also has the plane scooping up water and spraying the water out as the plane normally would in a firefighting role.
I can only imagine how the handling of the plane is affected when it releases all that water. The awkwardness of this plane makes it look beautiful.
