This is a cool shot of an intense moment. According to the photographer, a gust of wind caught the Boeing 777 just as it was about to touch down.
I think this photo epitomizes the saying that it’s “99% pure boredom accentuated by the 1% of moments of sheer terror” that I keep hearing is the best way to define what it’s like to fly one of these planes for a living.
