The first time I read about this Airworthiness directive, it was on a website dedicated to hating on Ryanair. At first, I thought it was something that only affected Ryanair planes, but then I realized that this was actually a fleetwide issue.
Recently, the Civil Aviation Administration of China also issued the same directive, and it turns out that Boeing is in favor of the inspections as well.
I wonder how the tail flaps break in the first place?
