Fedex MD-10-30F At Intercontinental Airport Houston

I like this shot of the tail because it looks like a shark fin cutting the surface of the water. When I first took this photo, I thought I was looking at an MD-11, turns out, the plane is actually a MD-10-30F.

I like this other picture since it shows a little more of the plane. Too bad it’s from the shaded side and I don’t have the complete plane either. I still find it weird to call this plane an MD-10, when it was made as a DC-10 back in 1987. C’est la vie.
