I absolutely love this plane. I know it’s technically not a fighter but a ground attack aircraft, and I don’t care.

I love that cannon in the front, the General Electric GAU 8-A Gatling gun cannon that fires depleted uranium anti-armor shells. The A-10 Warthog was essentially designed to carry that cannon.

If you ever get a chance to see one of these planes up close, definitely go see it. Follow the cannon all the way down the fuselage to just under the tail, where it ends and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
