This photo was taken by a dude that was out doing a training walk for the Relay for Life out in LA. It seems like he’s walking next to the freeway, and may have attracted the attention of the police.
Personally, I’m glad he had his camera with him to snap this shot. This Boeing 747, with flaps extended, wheels down, on final looks awesome.
