This is some seriously scary video of an RAF Harrier having a hard landing in Kandahar. This clip shows why pilots say that this plane is a “widow maker.” Not because it kills so many enemy pilots, but because it has the propensity to want to bite whomever is at the controls.

Luckily, the pilot ejects before the plane is engulfed in flames. From what I can tell, the pilot appears to be in good shape after punching out. Yes, there was live ammunition on the plane.
