Over the summer, I had the opportunity to do some plane spotting over in San Francisco. I arrived early enough that I was able to snag the very best spot.
I captured a rather mundane picture of a SouthWest Airlines Boeing 737 touching down at SFA, that just didn’t speak to me. I liked that I caught the smoke etc. but the picture was just so blah. Then, I learned how to apply this effect in Photoshop and now I think the picture looks way more interesting.
